About

I help people feel supported as products and workflows change around them.

I'm a Community and Customer Experience manager who's spent the last decade working at the seam between customers, products, and the teams building them.

The thread through all of it: even a great product can be hard to get value from. People need a clear way in, somewhere to turn when they get stuck, and ways to learn from each other. And the teams building the product need to understand where people are struggling. That's the work I love — building the programs and systems that connect those pieces.

Most recently at Agent.ai, I led community and support, building programs that helped people figure out what to build with AI, learn from each other, and get unstuck when things didn't work. Alongside that, I've led onboarding and operations for The Old Girls Club, a 3,000+ member professional community.

Before that: technical account management and solutions engineering at Olive Fintech, Catch, and Visa; CX operations and QA at Dropbox / DocSend; and technical support leadership at People.ai and NuOrder Technologies. That customer-facing background is a big part of how I approach community now: I've spent years seeing firsthand where people get stuck, and what actually helps.

What I'm looking for

  • Community, customer experience, or AI adoption roles
  • Companies that treat customer feedback as a real input, not a slide
  • Ambiguous operational problems worth turning into repeatable systems
  • A product, community, or mission I can genuinely connect with
